Tend Drafts a Reply

Using all that context, the AI generates a personalised, accurate reply. Not a template. Not a guess. A draft grounded in real data from this specific attendee's record.

What you get:

  • Accurate details pulled from their registration
  • Relevant links (with auto-login tokens where configured)
  • Your tone and voice
  • Answers that match how you've handled similar questions

What you won't get:

  • Made-up prices or policies
  • Invented deadlines or contact details
  • Generic responses that could go to anyone

If Tend doesn't have the information, it says so. It never guesses.

You Review, Edit, Send

The draft appears in your Outlook taskpane. Read it. Tweak it if needed. Send it.

You maintain complete control. The AI never sends without you.

And it gets smarter:

Your edits, tips, and corrections are saved in Tend's memory. Future replies improve as it learns your preferences and style.

Your attendee data stays private. It's never stored or used for training.
